I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to Eva, Rainbow and Marie for the incredible care, patience, and professionalism you showed me at Bride & Alter. From start to finish, you made the entire experience so special, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

There were moments when I was indecisive, but you always understood my perspective and made me feel like nothing was ever too much trouble. The time and effort you took to find the best solutions for my dress, along with your attention to detail, were truly second to none. Your kindness and expertise reassured me every step of the way, and I always left knowing my dress was in the safest hands. My dress fitted me perfectly!

I couldn’t thank you all enough for making my bridal experience so special. It wouldn’t have been the same without you! I honestly wish I could do it all over again—it was such a wonderful experience! I also cannot recommend you highly enough to any friends who get married in the future; I’ll be telling them to take their dresses straight to you. You are truly the best in the business!

I had my wedding dress altered and restyled here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The level of service, expertise, and craftsmanship from the tailors was truly impressive. They did an amazing job both before and after the wedding, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail—thank you so much!

I felt a little nervous after spontaneously buying my beautiful, preloved dress on eBay and realising it didn’t quite fit perfectly. Bride & Alter came to the rescue, making me feel completely at ease during the appointments. They offered great advice for travelling to Italy with the dress. They did an amazing job altering my fully sequinned tulle layered dress. I felt so secure and comfortable and, best of all, felt beautiful on the day, thanks to them!

Wanted to say a big thanks to the team for making my wedding dress, and other items, fit perfectly! A special shoutout to Sara for her expertise and making the experience so enjoyable. Here’s some photos of me wearing my wedding dress!

I had a wonderful experience with Bride and Alter, especially with Giorgia who looked after me from the beginning. I came to Bride and Alter with my mums 1992 wedding dress and wanted somewhere that would look after it and not change it too much. Giorgia was patient and helpful with her suggestions but always listening to what I was wanting. The dress was tweaked to fit like a glove and and couple of layers of tulle removed. It looked the same but somehow different! It was perfect. Thank you for everything and looking after such a special dress.
